Robert Winter

Winter is a nationally acclaimed western artist whose paintings have been featured in Southwest Art, Western Art Digest and Nevada magazines. His painting "Feeding Time" won the Best Of The Show Award at the C.M. Russell Art Show in Great Falls. MT and was also used as a cover for the American Hereford Journal. Winter was born in Germany, majored in art in California, served in the Army in Vietnam as a combat artist with that work displayed in Washington DC. After discharge from the service, he attended the Los Angeles Art Center School Of Design. His early career as an illustrator and painter for CBS.
